As a knitter myself, I reached a point where I wanted to create my own knitting pattern. I searched for a tool that would allow me to draft a knitting schematic easily and enjoyably. Unfortunately, the only existing tools were either outdated and no longer supported or difficult to use. I was surprised that nothing like this existed in the market. Especially considering that knitting is making a comeback, with more young people taking it up, knitting and yarn fairs being organized in both large and small cities, and many knitters creating patterns for sale.

During the Bubble Masters course, I decided to create such a tool - simple, pleasant, and in Polish, so that older people would also have the opportunity to use the application. Having connections in the pattern-creating community, I designed a survey and conducted several interviews that highlighted the biggest challenges faced by knitters and provided insights into the tools they currently use - with all their drawbacks and advantages. After analyzing all the collected data, I began working on the application.
